Community engagement refers to all of the different ways that residents of Cupertino can get involved in the City's local climate action efforts. This can range from attending an event hosted by the Cupertino Green Team to more complex activities like getting involved with the Sustainability Commission and helping shape climate policy for the City.

Climate action will ultimately require involvement from everyone because it is a global crisis. To that end, the City is committed to creating a variety of different pathways for local residents and businesses to get involved in learning about climate change and helping reduce Cupertino's community-wide emissions together.
